Laura is another team member who has been helping behind the scenes, beginning as a 13 year old tea and tidy!……one of Deb’s closest family friend’s, over the years Laura has worked in other businesses but returned to join Orb when we really needed another dedicated team Lead. Daily operations , team and guest experience , are her specialty, and she is currently undertaking her degree in Business and HR. Laura can be found making sure everything runs smooth at your visit , she has a natural talent for making everyone feel incredibly welcome, and she brings a special sparkle to everyone’s day!
